My recent stay at a hotel in Hilton Head Island , but Marriott's Heritage Club was a pleasant surprise. The staff, especially Vera, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The villa was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. It exceeded all of our expectations.

Parking pass issue.

The accommodations were spacious and well-equipped with a large balcony overlooking the pool. The hotel was conveniently located near a variety of shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful in arranging activities for our group.

The check-in process after dark was a bit inconvenient, having to go to another location. The lack of daily maid service was also a downside, although the necessary supplies were provided in the room.

Easy check-in, warm receptionist, helpful staff, clean villa, comfortable stay, beautifully appointed.

Nestled next to the harbor, this timeshare property at Heritage Club provided a perfect location for a morning walk to the lighthouse. I was thrilled to spot dolphins close to the shore! The well-maintained property with spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath units, complete with jetted tubs, offered a comfortable stay. The wine & cheese tasting and trivia afternoon were enjoyable additions. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

The location of this vacation club is incredible, as it is right next to the harbor and close to everything. You can easily walk to shops, a convenience store, and a large play park. The 2-bedroom condos are spacious and well-maintained, with large balconies offering lovely views of the property and the heated pool. The staff is professional and friendly, making you feel at home. They are also helpful in making arrangements for bike rentals and dinner reservations at popular restaurants.

Some guests had to go to a different location to receive their parking pass, which was a hassle and could have been communicated better.

The hotel was clean, with great facilities and parking. Its location was perfect, right on the beach, close to everything, and next to the harbor. The staff, especially Vera, was extremely helpful.
